Preheat conventional
oven to 375 (convection oven 350) degrees; To prepare sauce: Brown
ground beef and drain excess fat, stir in salt, pepper, one teaspoon
of garlic powder, onion, spaghetti sauce; let simmer for five minutes.
Pour into a full size steamer pan; spread ricotta cheese evenly
across sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and one cup of mozzarella
cheese.
To
prepare topping: Combine Clabber Girl Baking Mix, one cup of cheddar
cheese, one teaspoon of garlic and milk. Gently mix until dough
ball is formed. Place dough ball on floured surface and lightly
dust with flour. Roll out to desired thickness. Cut strips and place
them one inch apart, horizontally and vertically on top of sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in conventional
oven or (20 to 25 minutes in convection oven) or until golden brown.
