Preheat oven.
(400 degrees F. convection, 450 degrees F. conventional)Combine baking
mix with buttermilk. Stir with a large spoon until dough ball is formed.
Place dough ball on a floured surface. Knead and fold dough gently
for 3-5 minutes.Roll out dough to desired thickness (1 inch dough
= 2 inch biscuits). Cut out biscuits with floured biscuit cutter of
desired size. Bake 10-12 minutes in convection oven, 12-15 minutes
in conventional. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter. (Optional)
