Royal® Chocolate Cappuccino Pie

cold milk
2 quarts
  1. Place cold milk and coffee granules into mixer bowl.
  2. Add pudding and pie filling. Mix on medium speed 15 seconds.
  3. Scrape down sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed 2 additional minutes.
  4. Fold in 4 cups prepared whipped topping and 2 1/2 cups crushed sandwich cookies.
  5. Pour 1.45 pounds of filling into each 9-inch prepared chocolate pie crust.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours.
  7. Garnish each pie with 1 cup whipped topping and approximately 1 1/2 Tablespoons crushed sandwich cookies.
  8. Slice each pie into 10 portions.
