Royal® Maple Pecan Pie

pre-baked pie/pastry shells

  1. Pre-bake prepared pie/pastry shell according to package directions.
  2. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Scrape sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in by hand, 9 cups cookie pieces.
  5. Portion 3 cups pudding mixture into each prepared pie crust.
  6. Chill 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Garnish each pie with 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and 1/2 cup cookie pieces.
  8. Slice each pie into 8 servings.

1/4 cup
chopped pecans
3 cups
prepared whipped topping, for garnish
9 cups
