Royal® Rice Pudding

cold milk
1 gallon
  1. In mixer bowl, combine milk, pudding & pie filling, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  2. Scrape sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon into 20x12x2-inch full steam table pan.
  4. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  5. Using #8 scoop (1/2 cup), portion pudding into 60 dessert dishes.
  6. Pudding can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
cooked regular long-grain rice, cooled
3 qts.
raisins (optional)
