Royal® Quick and Easy Silk Pie

pre-baked pie/pastry shells

  1. Pre-bake prepared pie/pastry shells according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Pour cold whipping cream into mixer bowl. Add pudding and pie filling. Mix on medium speed 15 seconds.
  3. Scrape down sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Mix on High speed 1 additional minutes.
  4. Portion 3 cups filling into each baked pie/pastry shell.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour.
  6. Spread 2 cups prepared whipped topping over each pie.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  8. Slice each pie into 8 servings.

Royal Instant Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
1 (28 oz.) package
**Use regular 30% whipping cream. Heavy whipping cream is not recommended.
