Sweet-Sour Sauce

Ingredients Instructions
Granulated Sugar 10 oz.
Corn Starch 1/4 cup
Cider Vinegar 1 cup
Water 2 1/2 cups
Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
Catsup 3/4
Pineapple Tidbits 8 ounce can

Combine sugar and cornstarch in kettle. Add vinegar, water, and soy sauce to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Stir catsup and pineapple into mixture. Cook until translucent, stirring constantly. Serve with egg rolls or chicken tenders.

Yield 1 1/4 quart
