About Chef Tony

Clabber Girl is pleased to announce the addition of Chef Tony Hanslits to the Clabber Girl Culinary team. Chef Tony is Director of Culinary Education at The Chef's Academy in Indianapolis.

Chef Tony has been Executive Chef of some of Indianapolis' finest restaurants and was co-owner of Tavola di Tosa Italian Restaurant in Indy and Tosa Euro Cafe in Broadripple, Indiana.

A 30 year veteran in the culinary arena, Chef Tony and his recipes have appeared in numerous publications. He has won many culinary competitions, including the 2002 Pork Association Taste of Elegance. Most recently, Chef Tony was a finalist in the 2004 Italian Cooking and Living Magazine competition held in New York.

His love of the culinary arts and passion for teaching led him to design an exceptional hands-on training course at the Chef's Academy in Indianapolis.
