Our featured recipe is Chef Eddie's Italian Cheesecake Napoleon, winner of the Dessert Division at the Restaurant Leadership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. This year was the first year for the Chef's competition at the conference.

There were over 600 entries in the Chef's competition, out of 1100 attendees. They represented 53% of the total foodservice industry.
